General Rules of Discipline :

Every employee shall, at all times, take all possible steps to ensure and protect the interest of the Bank and discharge his duties and responsibilities with utmost integrity, honesty, devotion and diligence and do nothing which is unbecoming of a Bank employee.

Term & Conditions

min age 18 / max age 32

*Under no circumstances should you use a 1 rupees of the collected money for personal work.

* Do not drink water from the customer's house .

* If you take leave without notice on Monday, Sunday's salary will be deducted.

* It is mandatory to resign one month in advance otherwise the cheque will be bounce.

* Salary will be given on 7th

* There will be three days of training, after which there will be permanent joining .

* EPF & ESI will be deducte after 3 month .

* You must submit a resignation letter 1 month before leaving the job. if you do not do so, your security money and salary will be held.

* You must inform your branch manager, area manager, and company 3 days before taking leave, otherwise the leave will not be approved.

* Office work is from 7 am to 5 pm.

* Do not share any company data will else. do not talh to anyone at the centre. if you are caught doing this, you will be fined by the company and you may ever lose your job .

"If you king relation on loan disbursement , the recovery will be made from your salary."

* If anyone has any complaint then you should mail the company, do not take design your self.

leave policy

1. Earned Leave (EL): 1 EL per month, totaling 12 ELs per year.

2. EL Payment: Unused ELs will be paid out in March, equivalent to 12 days' pay.

3. Sunday-Monday Leave: Taking Monday off without application will result in deduction of both Sunday and Monday's pay.

4. Saturday Leave: Taking Saturday off without form will result in deduction of Sunday's pay.

Additional Benifits

Salary will increase by 10% every year.

Earned Leave (EL) will be given 12 times in a year.

14. (If you work somewhere then bring your salary slip and position proof like ID card)

NOTE:

1. You have to deposit your cheque before joining.

2. After leaving the job your cheque will be given to you with proper greetings.

3. If you do not have your own cheque then you can deposit a cheque in the name of any of your family members.

4. The cheque should have the signature of that person's PAN card and Aadhaar card.

Qualifications for different positions

1. Center Manager:

- 10+2 (Intermediate)

2. Branch Manager:

- 12th pass

- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance

3. Area Manager:

- Graduation

- Minimum 4 years of experience

4. Other Positions:

- Graduation

- Minimum 6 years of experience
